Service Commitment and Warranty:
The management is committed to provide services and products to exceed your expectations.

We are committed to providing a new online web based service that will refine customer vendor relationships with complete and seamless professionalism. This technology will help you manage your time and exhibit shipments efficiently.

Refunds:
Please contact us immediately with any problems. In the event of any service lapse within the control of EPC On Demand, refunds shall be limited to the value of the exhibit event normally charged by this company.

Insurance Coverage:
Following current EPC policy, all customers will carry their own marine rider to insure all exhibits and graphics under customers own liability policy while in our storage facility. Once leaving our dock, all carriers are responsible until delivery at destination. All show general contractors release themselves from any and all liability. Therefore, customers will need to carry insurance while at shows.
